When it rains, do you cancel the services?

No services are exclusively canceled by our own clients 48 hours in advance, all our convertible cars have retractable roofs for when it rains or in summer the sun bothers our clients a lot.

They pick us up at our accommodation or we must move to a collection point?

We pick you up at your place of accommodation except for cruise passengers, we have a specific meeting point for our cruise passengers that we will notify you once your reservation is confirmed.

Is your visit suitable for people with disabilities?

If all our cars have spacious trunks to store a wheelchair, you only have to specify in your reservation that you are accompanied by a disabled person and we will give you a special service

in which currency and what is the form of payment for the tour or excursion?

Due to the laws imposed by the US government to the government of Cuba, we can only charge in a single type of currency in euros and the form of payment is in cash directly to our guide or driver at the beginning of the tour

Which languages do your guides speak?

We have a great staff of very professional guides who speak English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese.
